Damian Murray
Damian Murray has been a Property Investor for 20 years now. He has bought and sold over £100,000,000 worth of property to date and been a partner of a Chain of East London Estate Agents for 15 years. He has designed planned and managed over 250 residential refurbishments, ranging from Penthouse apartments above Madame Tussauds to blocks of 42 flats
His Story
Since leaving home at the age of 16 Damian spent the next five years being less than productive before landing a Trainee Estate Agent position at the age of 21. A year later he was promoted to Assistant Manager, two years after that he was manager and then two years after that he had bought the chain of east London Estate Agents that he worked for.
He purchased his first property when he was 22 and had bought his first 100 properties by the time he was 28. He fought his way through the 2008 recession, expanded during the more recent brexit, massively restructured during the pandemic and has massive plans when it comes to the looming recession due, post the Ukraine war.

Celine has worked closely by Damians side for almost 10 years now, overseeing and heading almost every aspect of the property business. From the sourcing of the properties all the way through to the sale or management of them, she has been the administrator.
For the past three years, Celine, Ayesha and the rest of the team have helped carve and orchestrate the Property iNvesting 101 platform into what it is today
